This policy explains how Etna LLC ("we", "us") handles personal information in connection with our website and our mobile applications.
Who we are
Etna LLC is a limited liability company formed in the State of Texas, United States. You can reach us at hello@etnallc.com.
Information we collect
We collect as little as possible. Specifically:
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply.
- Purchase records. Purchases made in our apps are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred. We never see your card number, billing address or full payment details.
- Information stored on your device. Study progress, answers and settings are stored on your own device. We do not collect or transmit them.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not share personal information with advertisers.
- We do not use your information for behavioural advertising.
- We do not build advertising profiles about you.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to operate: Apple and Google for app distribution and payment processing, and our email and website hosting providers. Each handles information under its own privacy policy.
Children and young people
Our apps are intended for adult learners and students enrolled in professional training programs. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You may email us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to ask us to delete it. Deleting the app from your device removes the study data stored on it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. We honour these requests regardless of where you live.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the limited information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app.
